a vital part of your health care
Please read this entire page about rates, appointments, payment, cancellation and clinic policies. When you are ready, please create a new account, book your appointment and complete our Online Health History Form prior to your appointment date.
Your appointment time will consist of a consultation of your medical history, a physical assessment of your current condition or injury, the manual treatment, and payment.
Book Online or phone 250.370.1020 to schedule your appointment (do not email).
Patients can book online 2 or more days before appointment and up to 3 months in advance.
Please arrive on time. Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time and the full fee will be charged.
We require 24 hours cancellation notice. The full fee will be charged for late cancellations and no-shows. Special consideration is reserved for illness or emergencies.
We do not accept rescheduling or cancellations via email.
Please note: Not receiving an automated reminder is not an acceptable excuse for missing an appointment. We send automated reminders as a courtesy. They should not be relied upon as your sole method of knowing when your appointment is.
Treatment fees are to be paid upfront in full by the patient. For those on Premium Assistance, our Registered Massage Therapists and Registered Acupuncturist can submit an online form and MSP will mail a reimbursement cheque for $23 per visit for up to 10 visits per calendar year.
Our practitioners offer the service of billing extended health plans on your behalf. Examples of insurance plans that allow direct billing are: Pacific Blue Cross, Canada Life (Great West Life), Greenshield, Sun Life and Manulife. Check with your plan administrator to find out if you can use this service and how much your plan will cover. New Patients who would like to take advantage of this service must fill out the Extended Health Benefits portion of our online health history form. For other extended medical plans, the amount of reimbursement depends on your individual plan. Confirm the requirements and stipulations of your plan before embarking on a treatment schedule.
Practitioners who direct bill to ICBC are Elvina, Gayle, Sanae and Sabrina. If you would like to see one of our other practitioners, you must pay upfront and send in your receipt to ICBC. If it has been longer than 12 weeks since your accident, we require direct communication from ICBC confirming your treatment extension, including how many sessions and the applicable end date.
PLEASE NOTE: Vitality is independent from Extended Health Plans and ICBC and we offer direct billing as a customer service to our patients. It is the patient's responsibility to be aware of the details of their plan or claim.
