We accept payment by Visa, debit, cash or cheque. If you are on Premium Assistance, your therapist may be able to reduce your fee by $23. Please bring documentation with you. Extended Medical: If you are covered by an extended medical plan through your employer or that of your spouse, Vitality will provide you with a receipt which you present to your plan administrator for reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement depends on your individual plan. Confirm the requirements and stipulations of your plan before embarking on a treatment schedule. Gift Certificates Available |

Etiquette: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time. Cancellations: Please notify us by phone 24 hours prior to your appointment, or the full fee will be charged. Location: Vitality Treatment Centre is located at 302-1842 Oak Bay Avenue at Fell Street (2 blocks east of Richmond Avenue) on the 3rd floor (accessible by elevator).
